Meet The Team

Perla is a dedicated and passionate physiotherapist with a special focus on MAES therapy, NDT, and Aquatic therapy. Her mission is to help every child discover their inner superhero by using innovative and creative techniques tailored to their unique needs. Building strong connections with the children she works with is at the heart of her approach, and she feels privileged to collaborate with a team of exceptional therapists to ensure holistic care.
In addition to her work with children, Perla specializes in managing chronic pain through aquatic therapy, where she has witnessed remarkable transformations. The water’s healing potential creates a unique environment where progress feels limitless and hope becomes reality. Being part of this journey is incredibly fulfilling for her.
Perla holds a BSc in Physiotherapy from Wits University and has
completed the advanced MAES course and received her WABA certification. Her aspiration for the upcoming year is to pursue a master’s degree in aquatic therapy and cerebral palsy treatment, reflecting her commitment to growth and excellence in her field.

Physiotherapist

Sasha is a qualified Physiotherapist with a BHSc in Biomedical Sciences and a BSc in Physiotherapy from the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits). She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Geriatric Health and completed the Advanced Neuromuscular Skeletal Physiotherapy course (ANMS) in 2023. Sasha now serves as a supervisor for both the Johannesburg and Pretoria ANMS courses, contributing to the development of future physiotherapists.
She has a particular interest in aquatic therapy and integrates this into her holistic, evidence-based practice. Sasha is passionate about helping clients achieve their highest possible level of independent function through hands-on therapy delivered in a supportive, compassionate, and engaging environment.
Her approach emphasizes collaboration and personalized care—taking the time to understand each individual’s goals. In addition to her aquatic work, Sasha also treats musculoskeletal conditions and provides comprehensive rehabilitation on land.
Outside of her professional life, Sasha is an avid runner and does CrossFit. She recently completed the Paris Marathon—an experience she thoroughly enjoyed.
